Can I modify my order?
Our customer support is committed to assisting you. After an order is placed, we can assist with modifications to the recipient's name, address, contact details, and the ordered quantity. Just provide the order number and the specific details you wish to modify.
However, please be aware that we cannot modify shipped orders. To redirect or refuse a delivery, you'll need to contact the courier. If you refuse delivery and provide proof, we can either resend the plants to the correct address or issue a refund.
You may send this information to our Customer Support by clicking the 'Help' button on the lower right of your screen or send us an email at orders@bonnieplants.com

How to Order?
We don't process orders through emails or phone calls. However, you can place an order through our website bonnieplants.com
All of the plants we sell are listed on our website, like the screenshot below:
Plants available for purchase now will have an 'Add to cart' button. Once you've added all the plants you plan to purchase, click the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner to checkout.
Plants not yet available for purchase online or currently out of stock will display the 'Notify Me’ button. Click the button and sign up to receive an email when the plants are available again.
For plants that have a "This variety is available at retailers only", this would mean that they are currently not available for shipping and are exclusive to our retailers.

What pot sizes are available for online purchase?
Starter Plants
Our starter plants are designed to give your garden a healthy head start. You'll receive them in 19.3 fl oz pots, which translates to approximately a 4.5 inch-gallon size, unless otherwise specified.
Seasonal Plugs
In addition to our starter plants, we offer seasonal Plugs, a special offering available during early Spring. These Plugs are smaller in size compared to our starter plants. However, they are ready to be transplanted directly into your garden.
Understanding the seasonal availability of Plugs is essential for effective garden planning. Because they are only available early in the season, it is vital to order them within that time frame. Missing this window could mean waiting until the following year.

Why am I not getting any response? A quick guide to locating our emails
We understand how frustrating it is to expect a reply and not get any. Before you worry, we want to offer a few helpful tips to ensure that you see our messages.
It's surprisingly common for emails to get filtered into unexpected places. To make sure you don't miss our support responses, please check these locations in your email account:
- The Spam or Junk Folder:
This is the first place to look. Sometimes, even legitimate emails can be mistakenly flagged as spam or junk. Take a moment to browse through this folder. If you find our email, mark it as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk." This will help keep our emails out of your spam or junk folder. - The Promotions Tab (Gmail):
Gmail users often have a "Promotions" tab that filters out marketing emails and other less urgent messages. While we strive to keep our communications relevant and informative, sometimes our emails can end up here. Check this tab regularly to ensure you haven't missed anything. - All Mail (iOS Mail App):
If you're using the default Mail app on your iPhone or iPad, the "All Mail" folder gives you a complete view of all your emails. This includes your inbox, sent mail, archives, and even spam. If you're having trouble finding an email, it might have been archived or filtered. Checking "All Mail" is a good way to find it. - Search Your Inbox:
If you know the sender's name or a keyword from the expected email, use the search function within your email client. In this case, you may search 'Bonnie Plants' on the search tab of your email. This can quickly locate the email, even if you can't find it in your inbox or if it was redirected to a different category (as mentioned above). - Check Your Filters:
Sometimes, overly aggressive email filters can accidentally redirect important messages. Review your email filters to ensure they're not inadvertently blocking emails from us.
Still Can't Find It?
If you've checked all these locations and still can't find our email, please don't hesitate to reach our Customer Support by clicking the 'Help' button on the lower right of your screen or send us an email at orders@bonnieplants.com. Rest assured that we will be happy to assist you from there.
We value your time and want to ensure you receive all the information you need. By following these simple steps, you can minimize the chances of missing important emails and stay connected with us.
