  • Cash Refund for SNAP & EBT

    In accordance with EBT and SNAP regulations, we are unable to provide cash refunds for EBT purchases. As an alternative, we can either replace the order or issue a credit to your EBT card. For further information please visit,  goEBT: Refund | goEBT Support.

  • Online Purchase Refunds from Third-Parties

    We cannot process refunds on purchases made through third-party retailers (i.e. Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, etc) as we don't have access to their ordering databases. We want to reassure you that although Bonnie Plants fulfilled the order, the retailer collected the payment since you purchased through their app or website, and we don't have your payment information to process a refund.

    We recommend contacting the retailer's customer service department where you purchased it to ensure the best possible outcome. They are well-equipped to provide more specific guidance on proceeding according to their refund policy.

  • What if my plant order has been shipped, and I change my mind?

    Live plants expedited through domestic shipping are considered perishables and nonrefundable except for products damaged in transit.
