As long as they are within our 10-day guarantee, we can process replacements on dead or damaged plants for online orders made through third-party retailers (Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, etc.).
For us to verify the damage and locate the purchase, kindly provide the following information:
- Photo(s) of the damage
- Order number (PO number, if possible)
- Shipping address
- Variety & quantity of plants that need to be replaced
