We can process replacement on dead or damaged plants as long as they are within our 10-day guarantee. For us to do so, we are going to need some information from you to verify the damage and your purchase.
If you could please be so kind as to provide the following:
- Photo(s) of the damage
- Shipping address
- Variety & quantity of plants that need to be replaced
- A screenshot of the order from your Amazon account. The image should include the plants you ordered and the quantities ordered.
We apologize for requesting this information, but at this time we do not have access to Amazon's ordering databases.
